PE is on a Tuesday and Thursday. Children are asked to come to school on these days wearing their full PE kit. This includes a red t-shirt or red polo shirt, black shorts or jogging bottoms and trainers. Children should still wear their school jumper or cardigan on this day and no jewellery (including stud earrings) should be worn.

Phonics
In year 2, we encourage children to continue to build on their phonetic knowledge and apply this to their reading and writing.
We would ask all children to continually revise the set 3 sounds and use these when reading and writing.
